SUMMARY:Dudley Castle – ON SALE
DESCRIPTION:IN POPULAR DEMAND!\nDudley Castle — widely believed to be the most haunted castle in England.\nAs we pass through these ancient grounds, keep your senses sharp… for not all who wander here are living.\nThe Grey Lady, thought to be the ghost of Dorothy Beaumont. Dorothy died here in heartbreaking circumstances, shortly after childbirth, and her infant soon after. Visitors often report a pale woman drifting near the castle walls, or sometimes hear soft weeping carried by the wind.\nAbove the undercroft stands the Fourteenth-Century Chapel, its great window facing the courtyard. It’s in this window that a hooded monk has often been seen standing perfectly still. But when visitors alert staff, and they rush to look. There is never anyone there.\nSome say he watches over the castle. Others say he guards a secret.\nIn the 1700s, the 2 cottages that now only half stand in the grounds caught fire — claiming the lives of two young girls.\nToday, visitors to the zoo have reported seeing two children playing, laughing, running…
right up until the moment they vanish.\nIf you hear giggling when the field is empty, don’t worry — you’re not imagining it.\nThey’re just saying hello.\nThe castle’s darkest corner: the chapel undercroft.\nInside the Ancient Room lies a stone coffin that once held the remains of John Somery, one of the castle’s most feared Lords.\nOn many nights, people say they’ve seen a pair of legs standing beside the coffin… motionless… waiting.\nAnd now comes the final question:\nWould you dare lie in John’s coffin?\nSome who’ve tried claim they felt something climb in with them.\nLight refreshments will be provided complimentary. Hot & cold drinks, cakes, biscuits & crisps.\nHam and cheese cobs will be available to purchase at £1.50.\nPlease note: tickets are NON refundable or transferable once purchased.\nStrictly NO alcohol or drugs to be consumed on the property or before the event. If a member of the team think someone may be intoxicated you will be refused entry and will not be refunded. This is for the safety of our guests and staff.\nAre you brave enough to survive the night with The Wright Paranormal?\nBook this event now.\n
