Some never left as expected.\nIn 1724, tragedy struck when an overcrowded courtroom floor collapsed, sending people plunging into the darkness below.\nPublic executions once took place on the very steps outside. Crowds gathered in their thousands, drawn to the spectacle. But fascination turned to horror when panic broke out, crushing spectators and claiming lives on the steps that still stand today.\nThe last execution was carried out in 1864. But many believe… it never truly ended.\nVisitors report –\n\nfeeling watched\na sudden heaviness\nan unexplained drowsiness\nunexplained bangs and shadow figures \na truly intense atmosphere \nfeeling of dread and overwhelm\n\nIs it just imagination… or something still lingering?\nJoin us on a journey of discovery.
