Haden Hill House was built in 1878. It is located in Cradley Heath, West Midlands, next to the older Haden Old Hall, which dates back to the 1600s.
As we pass through these ancient grounds, keep your senses sharp… for not all who wander here are living.
Haden Hill House have left its doors closed to paranormal teams for many years. UNTIL NOW. Where you can only purchase tickets for this venue through The Wright Paranormal Events.
Haden Hill House and Park is widely reputed to be one of the most haunted locations in the area. Visitors and staff have reported shadowy figures, moving/missing objects, phantom footsteps, unexplained banging, and sightings of apparitions.

The Blue/Grey Lady: Perhaps the most frequently sighted spirit on the estate, this pale specter has been spotted in the Tudor part of the house, pacing across the Haden Park ponds, and walking the staircases.
Anne Eliza Haden: The last member of the Haden family lineage, who lived a quiet, solitary life. She is believed by some to be the female spirit whose voice has been captured in the Tudor section of the house, and is sometimes seen as a pale figure staring from the windows.
The Monk: Local lore tells the story of a tragic romance between a Haden son and a young woman named Helena. Legend dictates that a monk involved in their forbidden love was walled up alive in the underground tunnels that connect the estate, and his spirit is said to still walk the park grounds.
Come and investigate this amazing building with us, let’s see who or what still lingers in the shadows. We will attempt to reveal who is still there and why. We will respect the house and spirits within the walls and just try to find out more history and the spirits life stories.

Health & Safety ‼️
The main house is wheelchair friendly. It does have a lift to take you to the second floor, we will have to check and confirm the lift is working and accessible before the event so please bare this in mind when purchasing tickets. Haden Hill house is a working museum open in the day to visitors. There are a lot of objects and furniture that you CANNOT touch or sit on otherwise they will break and could cause injury, these will have a sign on them so please respect the rules for your own safety. The old hall is NOT suitable for wheelchair users with no lift access and a lot of steps and stairs. This area is only opened a few times a year so it will be cold. You will have to walk around in the dark some parts of the night so please bring a torch. The old hall is particularly dark. The cellar stairs in the old hall are particularly steep so please be careful on your way down. The team will remind you of health and safety throughout the night.
