Bromwich Hall Manor House
Tickets for this particular venue are only available through The Wright Paranormal‼️
Murder, grave robbing and insanity are just some of the dark and fascinating stories surrounding this remarkable historic building. Bromwich Hall, also known as the Manor House, has witnessed centuries of history, mystery and intrigue. Built by Richard de Marnham in the 1270s, it is now considered one of the most significant surviving medieval timber-framed buildings in the Midlands and is the latest addition to the Sandwell Museum Service.
But its history is not the only thing that makes this building so intriguing…
The Oak House is reputedly home to at least three spirits, with a long history of reported paranormal activity. In 1837, the property is said to have changed hands and became the home of the Whyley family. Since then, numerous reports of unexplained occurrences have added to its mysterious reputation.
Visitors and investigators have reported witnessing full-bodied apparitions, hearing heavy footsteps echoing through seemingly empty rooms and experiencing an unsettling presence throughout the building. One of the most frequently described figures is a tall, bearded man dressed in period clothing, who has reportedly been seen standing silently in the shadows, watching those around him.
Adding to the mystery, the sounds of children running through the house have also been reported, despite no children being present.
With centuries of history, dark tales and reports of unexplained activity, could Bromwich Hall be hiding more than just secrets of the past? 👻
