Dating back to the 1790s, this former House of Correction holds chilling secrets behind its stone walls. With an ageing Victorian courtroom, original prisoner cells from 1844, and remnants of its time as a police and tramp station, death and despair have left their mark — and possibly something more.

Visitors and staff alike have reported strange voices and apparitions, including the ghostly sight of “two men chatting in an old courtroom.” Such stories have fueled claims that the building is haunted… and now, you can investigate for yourself.

Your investigation will take you through:

The historic court dock
Original Victorian cell blocks
Former officer areas and holding cells
And along the way, you’ll use a range of paranormal techniques and tools, including:

Human pendulums
Ouija boards
Estes method sessions
EVP recorders and trigger objects
and more chilling experiments designed to uncover what lingers beyond the veil.
